Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
At Gaamya, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship and timeless designs to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes things may not be just right. Our return and exchange policy is designed to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
- Timeframe: Items are eligible for exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Customized or made-to-order pieces, sale items, and accessories are not eligible for exchange.
- Returns: Please note, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
Refunds are available only under specific circumstances:
- If your order was cancelled within 5 hours of placing it.
- If we were unable to process your order due to unforeseen issues.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of approval and will be issued to your original payment method. For all other cases, exchanges or store credit will be offered instead of refunds.
- Initiate Request: Email us at hello@gaamya.com within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, item details, and the reason for the exchange.
- Approval & Shipping: Once your exchange is approved, we’ll share the shipping details. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways unless the exchange is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Inspection & Processing: After we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at hello@gaamya.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund as per your preference.
